Nature's Wonders

During a recent snowfall here in the South,
I decided to take some closeups of ice on trees sparkling in the sun .
Most photos came out "icy" but this one causes me
to "wonder" exactly what it is.

It's A Mystery

Sometimes, art just happens.

This is the most unusual sunset I have ever witnessed,

and I am actually at a loss to explain what created it.

The lengthy horizontal lines were obviously drawn by airplanes,

but the vertical image baffles me. Any ideas, folks?

Beauty in Brown

Those leaves that do not succumb to winter's cold
hold on firmly throughout its duration,
knowing that the warmth of spring will
once again bring them new life.

Reality

Dark clouds are only a temporary threat.

(This was one of the most unusual sky scenes I have encountered.
At the top is a layer of dark clouds hovering precariously
above the normal clouds of a morning sunrise.)
